The villa we stayed in was recently refurbished and everything was clean and fresh. the host, Jorge, was very attentive and resolved any issues we had quickly. He even provided us with new sun lounger pads and thoughtful extras like washing pods and cleaning supplies. the property felt secure and safe, and we were only a quick drive away from supermarkets and the airport. the location was ideal, with a short walk to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. the villa itself was modern, well-equipped, and had a spacious outdoor area with sun loungers and a covered dining area. our experience was excellent and we would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing holiday.

While the mattresses in the villa were new and good quality, they were very firm and too solid for our liking. although the kitchen looked great, it could have benefited from more equipment to allow guests to cook family meals or prepare tapas.

I stayed at Princesa Leticia for two weeks in February and loved it so much that I extended my stay for an extra week. The host, Jorge, was incredibly helpful, sending a useful welcome PDF and being available on WhatsApp for any questions. The villa itself was modern, spotless, and had excellent cooking facilities, including a washing machine. The property was private and quiet, with all-day sun and great soundproofing. The WiFi was fast and free, and there were three private parking spaces available. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the promenade, bars, and restaurants. an excellent property in a wonderful location.
